Name of the task: Renovation of the sintering machine in the Zinc Works “Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A.

Scope of performed works:

• Replacement of the incendiary and main layer tank,
• Replacement of the supporting structure of the main layer tank,
• Replacement of the lighter,
• Replacement of DL trolley sides (30 pcs.),
• Replacement of the reflecting unit,
• Renovation of the supporting structure of the reflecting unit 1 and 2,
• Replacement of external and internal compensators,
• Replacement of the outlet portion of the poor gas hose,
• Replacement of trolley protective aprons together with renovation of the supporting structure,
• Renovation of front walls closing the eaves,
• Replacement of the inspection hatch of DL hood,
• Replacement of the cover of the trolley wheel chambers with stiffening construction elements,
• Replacement of the inspection doors of the trolley wheel arch coverings,
• Replacement of the load-bearing beam,
• Reinforcement welding,
• Replacement of worn out sections of the DL trolley return track,
• Construction renovation and welding of the drive station housing,
• Replacement of recirculation and air blower chambers,
• Assembly of strain gauges of the first DL slides.
