Name of the task:  Modernization of the Department of Forms and Season Foundry in the “Głogów”  Copper Smelter

Scope of performed works:

• The P-5 Department hall renovation,
• Dismantling of the 20kPa/9kPa reduction station together with gas supply pipelines to the burners and burner installations,
• Assembly of the burner system for heating the drain gutters and the casting tank,
• Assembly of the ladle heating station,
• Assembly of the steam control system for cooling the coils of the caissons and burners for heating the caissons,
• Assembly of an installation for effective heating and cooling of the die casting machine,
• Construction of the control system of three LS-200 burners for heating the drain gutters and the casting tank,
• Design of burner control system LSO-500 for efficient vat heating,
• Construction of the control system of six LS-100 burners for heating coffers for heating the caissons,
• Construction of a local control system for the 18.5 kW combustion air fan,
• Creation of a steam monitoring system for cooling the coils of caissons,
• Construction of the LS-500 burner control system for effective heating and cooling of the die casting machine.
